I checked for the REST routes if they are being blocked on your site and yes, I found the Rank Math REST routes are being blocked by Wordfence installed on your site. I’ve attached a screenshot in the sensitive data section for your reference.
In order to fix this issue, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Wordfence > Tools > Live Traffic and try looking for the following REST routes:
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateSchemas
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateRedirection
Once you find them, expend the row by clicking on them and then click WHITELIST PARAM FROM FIREWALL to fix this issue.

While checking into your site, I found wordfence-waf.php file in the root directory of your site. Can you please check the sensitive section for the image I’ve shared? Hopefully that simply illustrates that Wordfence might blocking them on your site.
As you don’t have installed it currently, you may get in touch with your hosting provider to see if there something that coming from their end.

I wasn’t aware of this file on the main root directory.
I tried to delete this file and got server ERROR 500, all website not loading.
Knowing that wordfence plugin is not installed on this site, how can we make rank math work again ?

it looks like I solved the issue regarding rank math meta data settings not saving.
I deleted wordfence plugin files in plugin category, don’t even know the reason why they been there (didn’t saw in WP-plugins wp-admin)
For some reason if wordfence-waf.php file is deleted, all website is down with 500 error, but I don’t think it’s rank math issue, so i will contact wordfence for this,
