Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Rank Math is only able to detect ACF when it is installed as a standalone plugin and not when this plugin is bundled on another plugin/theme.
So if you switch it to the ACF standalone plugin, it should solve your issue.

The issue might have been temporary, please clear your site cache and try again.
If the issue persists, please ensure web server is not blocking access to our API.
Please make sure to whitelist the IP 134.90.148.114 and the user-agent RankMathChecker/2.0.0; https://rankmath.com.
If you are not sure, please ask your web hosting provider to do it for you.
Once done, you can run the SEO Analysis once again.
