Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

Can you plz let me know how to again start WordPress default sitemap because rank math sitemap giving this error again and again. I don’t want to check the sitemap dialy that it is updating or not so want to deactivate rank math sitemap and want to activate WordPress default sitemap

The steps I shared should ensure your sitemap is updated regularly whenever a new post/page is published on your site.
If you however no longer wish to use Rank math sitemaps, you can disable this module in Rank math dashboard.

Sry to say but after doing the process you have mentioned here, post was updated on that day but again when i checked yesterday it was showing updated today but when i caheck for the latest url then those were not update, so i have flush sitemap again then it was updated.
I have tried to disable the rank math site map but after that when i checked for sitemap then it shows 404 page. no default sitemap showing.

If the sitemap updates only after flushing, it simply means your sitemap is still being cached. If you check your sitemap, it is cached by W3 Total Cache, here is a screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/2tqqRn
WordPress sitemaps are usually found by going to yourdomain/sitemap.xml.
