I’ve tried checking your site using the Health check plugin, and it seems that it is not working properly.
In this case, you may need to create a staging site with the same issue as it seems that your site is currently live. We may need to deactivate plugins and switch the theme manually to investigate this issue further. You can follow the steps in this link:

Thank you for the update, and sorry for the delay.
I’ve tried investigating further this issue, and it seems that the image you are using is still too small that’s why the og:image meta tag is not being able to print on your page’s source code.
I’ve attached a screencast in the sensitive data section where I’ve changed the homepage image to the recommended size of 1200 x 630 pixels.

I have updated the OG image according to the recommended size and it is also showing up in Source code of the Homepage but Rank Math is still giving Missing OG error. The links to both OG image and source code image has been added.

Basically Minifying CSS/JS is a job performance plugin and Rank Math doesn’t do that. So I think you should take care about the minify issue with the plugin you are using for performance purpose.
