Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
Could you please also check the affected URLs in our external analyzer and see if the issue still persists? https://rankmath.com/tools/seo-analyzer/
If the issue is already fixed there, please head over to Rank math > Status & Tools > Database tools > Flush SEO analysis data and Remove Rank Math Transients, then perform SEO analysis again.

Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:
https://rankmath.com/kb/advanced-mode/
I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Hey!
I have checked the Rank Math external analyzer and it was giving accurate results.
Also, I did flush the SEO Analysis data as You said. But now when I run the SEO Analysis tool again by clicking on Site-Wide Analysis, RankMath starts analyzing the website then after completing to 100% it shows no result.
Please help me. What to do now?
Thanks!
Hello,
Thank you for the update.
Could you please check if there’s an error message from your website’s log? If you’re not sure, please get in touch with your web host and also ask to whitelist the IP 134.90.148.98 and the user-agent RankMathChecker/2.0.0; https://rankmath.com
If the issue persists, please try clearing your cache or in a different browser to see the changes.
I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
I’ve used Rank Math SEO Analysis external for analysis. Everything is Okay but it is giving a warning that “Some Opengraph meta tags are missing”.
Although I’m using Opengraph tags for each published page.
How to fix this error?
Internal Rank Math SEO Analysis is still not working.
Hello,
Thank you for the update.
To fix the missing Open Graph meta tags, please upload a default Open Graph thumbnail in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta:

For the SEO Analysis issue, could you please confirm if you have already followed the IP and user agent whitelisting with your web host?
I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Hey!
I already uploaded the default open graph thumbnail but SEO Analysis still showing the warning.
And for other issue, I’ve informed my client to contact his webmaster / webhost.
Hello,
I have checked the page source of your page and the opengraph image seems to be missing.
Please clear your website cache and check again.
I hope this helps. Looking forward to helping you.
Is it safe to clear cache?
What is the best method for it?
I also updated the sensitive data, you can check the image link there.
Hello,
Thank you for the update.
Yes, clearing your website’s cache is safe and it is helpful to see the changes if you have a recent configuration/modification in your site. If you’re using a caching plugin, you should have an option to clear your website’s cache.
I’ve also checked the screenshot you have shared, and it seems that you’re using your logo for the Open Graph thumbnail. Could you please confirm if the image URL in the sensitive data section is the one you have set? (please correct me if I’m wrong)
If that is the image, it would seem that is too small and thus causing the og: image to miss on your site. Could you please assign an image that is at least 600x315px? The recommended size is 1200x630px.
I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Yeah! you are right.
Now I’ve changed the image to recommended size but still showing a warning.
I also deleted the cache but still not working.
Hello,
Thank you for the update, and sorry for the delay.
I’ve further checked your site, and it seems that the og:image is missing in the meta tags.
If the og:image tag is not found, that means Rank Math is not able to print your social tags. In this case, you must check why it isn’t able to print social content by following this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Let us know if you have found the culprit.
I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Hi!
I’m not able to find the conflicts.
Can you help me with that please?
Hello,
Thank you for the follow-up, and sorry for the delay.
We can take a closer look at the settings. Please add your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
Alternatively, you can also create a staging site with the same issue as it seems that your site is currently live. This will also avoid your site getting any issues and recommend specific troubleshooting steps. Here is a guide that could be really useful for you on how to create a staging site: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/
Thank you, and we really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
