Please note that depending on the number of products on your site and the Links Per Sitemap you have configured on your site, Rank Math will split the product sitemaps when that limit is reached and create new product sitemaps. So you will likely see https://yourdomain.com/product-sitemap1.xml,https://yourdomain.com/product-sitemap2.xml, https://yourdomain.com/product-sitemap3.xml, etc
This is fine as Googlebot finds it easier to crawl smaller sitemaps
