“Other Business site” is also a fitting type if you intend to have other purposes for your website other than publishing articles or blogs.

In my website there will be multiple authors, and they will be writing health/medical articles. The website will do business by showing ads and participating in affiliate marketing. But this website will not be publishing NEWS, so I am little confused how “COMMUNITY BLOG / NEWS SITE” will best describe my website. Can you please clarify?

You may select the “COMMUNITY BLOG / NEWS SITE” type if you believe you are building a community site. You can ignore the “news site” since this is a choice between the two. If you think “community” is the best way to describe your website, then you may go ahead and choose that.
If you however focus more on business and profiting from the website, the Business site will do too.
Please note that this will just inform Google what your website is about. The main focus would be how you are optimizing the content and Google will follow along and should rank it to the correct audience no matter the website type you have.
