Can you try to follow these steps as initial troubleshooting?
1. Install and activate the Rank Math SEO plugin on your website.
2. Once activated, skip the first connection screen when prompted.
3. You’ll then be redirected to the Rank Math Setup Wizard — you can skip that part for now as well.
4. After that, connect your Rank Math account to unlock all available modules.
Once connected, everything should work as expected.

Thank you for your reply! I do see the modules there but I still see a blank grey screen anytime I click on setup wizard. If i proceed and click on the modules without setting up is that an issue? Not sure how to proceed! But it works to see the modules

Thank you for your reply. I tried everything – even a staging website whilst also deactivated all plugins except rank math and it didn’t work. Not sure how to proceed! I also tried to switch themes just in case, it still didn’t work
