I checked the page but I was unable to replicate the issue, the meta description on the website matches the description on the SERPs.

I temporarily took the meta description and added it to the first h3 on the page since that is what is being pulled by google right now.

It is totally normal for Google to change the meta title/description based on the search query. Google does this to better match the search intent of the user.
Here the only option is to further optimize the titles/descriptions to better match the user’s intent and wait for Google to crawl your website again to see if the data on the SERPs updates.
