Could you please confirm which Rank Math settings are not saving on your site?
If you’re referring to meta titles, descriptions, keywords, etc. you can check this link for troubleshooting steps:

You can also share some screenshot/s using this tool or record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the issue and add the link in the first post on this ticket in the designated Sensitive Data section.
