    After installing Rank Math, I installed it according to the installation wizard, but it is not connected to Google Analytics and Google Search Console. I clicked the Reconnect button and clicked the Google Account, but the result is the same. No connection.

    Thank you for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.

    Could you confirm if you’re using a GA4 property? If yes, the property would not appear in the Rank Math analytics dropdown since we do not support it yet.

    Please create a Universal Analytics property and try reconnecting the Google account again to see if the issue gets fixed. Here’s a guide regarding it: https://rankmath.com/kb/using-ga4/

    I followed the guide but still no dropdowns in Rank math – General Setting – Analytics in the search console and in the Analytics section.

    If not, then please reconnect the Google account, to regenerate the auth token from Google, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and see if the options in the dropdown are shown:

    That is usually due to extra whitespace at the end or beginning of the functions.php file on your theme or to some plugins.

    To troubleshoot this, you can try switching your theme to the default one and see if the issue goes away. You can also do the same with your plugins. You may follow this simple guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    I tried enabling troubleshooting mode so I can perform the troubleshooting by following this guide but it won’t let me. The Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin isn’t working on your website.

    Are you able to create a staging website for us to deeply debug the issue? If so, please create one, replicate the issue there and share the admin login here so we can further determine what’s causing this issue.

    The only way to determine what’s adding that whitespace to your sitemap is to disable each plugin until we found what’s causing the issue.

    Doing it on the live site is not ideal, that is why we are using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin as this plugin doesn’t affect your users, only the admin but the said plugin isn’t working on your website.

    If creating a staging site is not an option for you, please disable the plugins individually until the sitemap is working. This will help you determine what’s causing the issue.

    Are the themes included? Or is it just a plugin?

    I just did as you said and it worked right away.
    The ‘Starter Templates’ plugin seems to be the problem.
