To resolve this, you will need to merge both accounts or change the email connected to your PRO plan. Here’s how you can do that:

Open a Support Ticket: Navigate to the Rank Math Support Forum to open a ticket.

Provide Details: In the Ticket Title section, enter a brief summary of your issue. In the Ticket Question section, explain that you want to merge accounts or change the email associated with your PRO plan.

Sensitive Data Section: Include the email address(es) you want to connect to your PRO account in the Sensitive Data section. Make sure to include the email address you used to purchase the PRO plan or a screenshot of the invoice you received from FastSpring.com.

Submit Your Ticket: Once you have filled out all necessary information, click the SUBMIT YOUR TICKET button.
With this information, our support team will be able to locate your PRO account and either change the email connected to it or merge it with your Free account as requested.

To use the PRO feature, you’ll have to connect your website to the Rank Math account where the PRO subscription was purchased.
If you wish to use a preferred account, we’ll have to transfer the purchased PRO subscription from g*******@g******** to i***@g******************* or we can merge these two accounts and keep the preferred email address.
