It looks like you have shared a website access with limited capability. To be able to troubleshoot this properly, can you please edit the access and modify the capability to the administrator level? I can check that you are using the Image Block of your theme. Our plugin can only detect the image added using the default image block of the Block Editor. To make the images from the Image Block of your theme detectable, you will have to get in touch with your theme’s developers and ask them to integrate our Content Analysis API: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/
