Can I just get a refund for this software? Just too much of a hassle

The issue you have described is related to Rank Math PRO (as detailed here: https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-pclzip-err-bad-format/), but you opened a ticket with a Rank Math Free account. Do you mind sharing the invoice number so we can check the email address that is connected to your account. We can then merge the free account into the Rank Math PRO account using your preferred email address and username or proceed with initiating a refund.

However, the account you’re currently using is under your Gmail (please see the sensitive data section).
In this case, please use the info email address to log in to your paid Rank Math account.

As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.
If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.
For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those PRO files in the member area on Rank Math.
Of course, we’re very sorry to see you go. If you don’t mind us asking, is there any particular reason you have chosen to cancel? Perhaps there’s something we can help you with.
