Hi Rank Math Support,
Something odd happened yesterday afternoon (22nd December 2021) when I tried to update Rank Math in WordPress for Alldoggos… It was showing as needing updating in the ‘Updates’ tab and so I updated it there — not in the ‘Plugin’ tab itself, in the Update tab – it said it had updated successfully. But now I cannot see it in the list of plugins. I always take screengrabs of actions taken just in case something goes wrong and can send them but there is no option to upload in this ticket?
Please can you see why this happened and advise.

Can you please try installing it again? If you are not able to install it again then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It seems there was a missing file in the Rank Math directory.
And also Rank Math option was not in the admin bar.
Please note that there is nothing to worry about as all your settings are safe in your database and they will return once you install the Rank Math again.
