There are cases in which other user roles are not able to save the changes.

If that happens, you may run this link using the editor user (change the URL to your actual domain):

https://yourwebsite.com/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta

If they are getting blocked by a firewall, you may need to whitelist the IP by following this guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/meta-data-not-saving/#firewall
