    Hello,

I have an issue where the SEO Details column in my WordPress posts list always shows “N/A” for all posts, even for older articles that previously had proper SEO scores.

Here’s what I have already tried, step by step, without success:

Deactivated and reactivated both Rank Math Free and PRO plugins.

Rolled back Rank Math Free from v1.0.251 to v1.0.250 — no change.

Cleared all caches from WP Rocket and Cloudflare, and temporarily disabled WP Rocket to check if caching was causing the issue.

Resynced SEO data using Rank Math’s SEO Data Optimization tool.

Checked database tables and post meta — the data seems present, but the dashboard still shows “N/A”.

Disabled other SEO-related or conflicting plugins to rule out compatibility issues.

Important: This issue started suddenly, without any major change on the site besides standard plugin updates.

    Attached are screenshots showing:

The “N/A” in the SEO Details column.

My plugin list with Rank Math Free + PRO active.

Cache plugin settings after being disabled.

Please advise on the next troubleshooting steps or fix.

    Thank you.

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the SEO Details showing "N/A" for all posts. Thank you for providing detailed information about the steps you’ve already taken; it helps us understand the situation better.

To resolve this issue, we recommend using the Recalculate Scores tool in Rank Math. This tool will recalculate the SEO scores for all your published posts where the focus keyword is set. Here’s how to do it:

    1. Go to Rank Math in your WordPress dashboard.
    2. Navigate to Status & Tools.
    3. Click on Database Tools.
    4. Look for the Recalculate Scores option and click on it.

    Update SEO Scores

A popup will appear, and Rank Math will start recalculating the SEO scores for your posts. Please keep your browser open until the process is complete.

    Recalculating SEO Scores

Once this process is done, check if the SEO Details column still shows "N/A".
