    Dear Rank Math Support Team,

I am encountering an issue with the SEO analysis on **only one specific post** on my website. For all other articles, Rank Math is functioning correctly. However, for this particular post, the plugin is incorrectly detecting the content and is showing several errors, despite the content meeting the standard SEO best practices.

The following are the specific errors I am seeing in the Rank Math sidebar:
+Focus Keyword not found in subheading(s) like H2, H3, H4, etc. (The headings are correctly structured with the keyword)
    +Link out to external resources.
+Add internal links in your content.

To resolve this, I have already taken the following troubleshooting steps:
+Verified that the article correctly uses Heading blocks (H2, H3, etc.) and includes the focus keyword.
+Ensured that there are both internal and external links within the article’s body.
+Updated the WordPress and Rank Math plugin to its latest version.
+Cleared all website and browser cache (including any caching plugins I use).

The issue persists regardless of my actions.

It is puzzling that only this specific post is affected. It appears that Rank Math is having a technical issue with reading the content from this single article. Your assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated. I am happy to provide any further information may need to diagnose the problem.

Thank you for your time and support.

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the SEO analysis on your specific post. It can be frustrating when everything seems to be set up correctly, yet the plugin does not reflect that.

Since you’ve already taken several troubleshooting steps, including verifying the headings and links, we recommend trying to flush the SEO analysis cache. This can sometimes resolve issues where the plugin is showing outdated results. Here’s how you can do that:

    1. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status and Tools > Database Tools.
    2. Click on the Clear SEO Analysis button against the Flush SEO Analysis Data option.
      Flush SEO Analysis data
    3. After clearing the cache, head over to Rank Math > SEO Analysis and click the Start Site-Wide Analysis button to run the analysis again.
      Start Site-Wide Analysis

If the issue persists after this, please reply to this ticket with the URL of the specific post in question. This will help us investigate further and provide you with more targeted assistance.

Thank you for raising this concern, and we look forward to helping you resolve it!

    Hello,

Please share the focus keyword you have used on that post so we can check.

Also, are you using a page builder on your site? If so, please share the name of the builder or if you’re using a shortcode to add content.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your response.
The focus keyword for the post is: 將來銀行.
Yes, I am using a page builder. It is Thrive Architect.

To provide more context, I’d like to emphasize that Thrive Architect is the page builder I use for all my articles, not just this one. In fact, I have published a new article today, and Rank Math successfully analyzed the content on that new page without any issues. This confirms that Rank Math is generally compatible with Thrive Architect.

The problem seems to be specific to the post I mentioned earlier, where Rank Math is unable to parse the page content correctly. It’s an isolated issue on this particular article.

I am happy to provide any further information you may need to diagnose the problem. Thank you again for your assistance.

    Hello,

We experienced some compatibility issues with Thrive Architect in the past, but since your other pages are working properly, we may need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,
