The P3 plugin was last updated 2 years ago and it is untested with the latest WordPress version, so it is possible that it is not showing accurate results.
Can you please test the URL with https://pagespeed.web.dev/ and see if there is a difference in speed when Rank Math is deactivated?

I’ve tested Google Page Speed and it returned a 98 score with Rank Math activated and deactivated, so maybe the P3 result isn’t correct as you suggest.
