Rank Math Redirections Issue

I visited your website and it gives a 403 (Forbidden) error. The error is also on your Homepage. Please see the screenshot available in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

Could you please let us know how you found that the issue is caused by Rank Math redirections?

As you’re unable to access the admin area of your website, you can FTP into your server and rename the plugins folder (temporarily), and see if the 403 error is gone. If yes, then you can rename back the plugins folder and manually rename each plugin and see which one is causing the issue.

If you wish, then we can do this for you. For performing the above troubleshooting, we would require your FTP logins. Please add the login details in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

Alternatively, you can also get in touch with your web host and get the issues fixed.

The issue might have been caused due to a conflict with the plugins or the theme.

As mentioned in my previous reply, you can login to your server and rename the plugins folder to see if the error is gone.

You can also provide us your FTP logins so that we would further investigate the issue.

Alternatively, you can get in touch with your web host for fixing the issues.
