rank math redirect not working

    Hello,

    I am trying to redirect URL’s through the Rank Math Redirect option on the Rank Math WordPress plugin and when I put the Url that I want to redirect and then press “add redirection” it simply goes to a blank white page and nothing else. It doesn’t load anything else or even let me know that the redirect has been actioned.

    Can you please assist me with how this can be fixed?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Update to the latest version of Rank Math

    2. Ensure that the Advanced Mode is selected:
    advanced mode

    3. Re-create tables by clicking WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Re-create database Table button.

    Hello,

    I have completed the ‘re-create tables’ function and it has allowed me to redirect the links that are hitting our 404-page but it is not allowing me to add new redirects. When I try to add new redirects it just continues to take me to a blank white page. Is there something else I can try to fix the issue?
