You may also need to provide the email address you used to purchase the PRO plan or a screenshot of the invoice you received from FastSpring.com.

I can not provide the invoice of FastSpring.com because they sent the invoice to the wrong email address and I dont have access to the email account due that is a wrong email. In. the sensitive data you already have the new email and the wrong email. Please let me know if you need anything else.
