    Update for the base version works perfect.
    Reconnecting the account did not help.

    Resulting message:
    Aktualisierung fehlgeschlagen: Das Paket konnte nicht installiert werden. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please share the email address which you used to purchase the plugin or you can search and forward the receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    Back to your issue, one possible reason for this error is trying to update the PRO version of the plugin while connected to your free account.

    Now that is interesting:
    Looks like I bought the PRO-Version in October 2022 (invoice enclosed) and renewed it in October 2023 (see screenshot).
    But I can find no receipt on the rnakmath-site nor at fastspring.
    The email is the right one, too.

    Hello,

    We checked your account and we can see that the subscription expired on October 13, 2024, and we do not have any option to revert a subscription that has expired. You will have to make a new purchase:
