Rank Math PRO still not active after payment went through

    Hello,

    I had some issues with my Rank Math PRO subscription payment not going through. I managed to complete the payment through PayPal in the end, but I had to cancel the subscription before I managed to do that and reactivate it once again.

    My PRO plugin access still isn’t active (I only have free version to download on my dashboard), but I got the free content AI trial… In my invoices I see that the payment went through and in my Subscriptions tab I see that the subscription is active.

    I also can’t update the plugin on any of my websites that I use it on (it bring up an error) and I don’t have the option to download the pro version again.

    Could you please assist me as soon as possible…

    I’ve checked the dashboard again today, and it seems that now there is Pro version in my dashboard, but instead of download option I only have a “Buy now” option. Any updates on when will this be fixed?
