If your website is a personal website then you can use Rank Math PRO without any restrictions.
Personal websites are those websites that you own 100% and not a website of your client or a site where you have a partnership with someone. A personal website can be a business website that helps you in earning money and you can even sell it to anyone, but it needs to belong to you.
Regarding the GDPR, we don’t have any features from our plugin that would break the GDPR compliance beside the Google Analytics integration. Even with that integration, the only issue is the fact that Google Analytics is not compliant because our Analytics module has nothing uncompliant.
