    Hi,

    we are currently using Rank Math in the Free Version. We thought about upgrading but have other priorities at the moment.

    Somehow I still got billed by Paypal for the Pro Version today (transaction code: 1K0151077U891851R). I can’t find any Pro Version in my Profile on your website or my webshop.

    Could you please cancel this transaction, so we can properly upgrade our Rank Math Version, once we need it?

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Sorry, but we don’t have access to PayPal’s records of transactions, so we can’t use the transaction code you shared for us to locate the Rank Math PRO transaction.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com instead so we can locate your PRO account?

    It seems this is a renewal purchase.

    Sorry, but our refund policy does not extend for renewal subscriptions. Before the renewal happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).
