hi i have sent in the dates i paid for this pro rank and ai starter,, please look at my account from waves aesthetics and fix this problem today. i have no use in using it without the pro as it will not work, for waveseasthetics.com i also run a website for sciencewellness.net. look up the records and quit messing around with this.. i wish there was an actual person to speak to, its ridiculous the way this company is run. You purchased the Rank Math PRO plan way back on February 1, 2024. This PRO plan you purchased comes with a 15-day trial of the Content AI and since you didn’t cancel that plan before the trial ends, you are automatically charged for the Content AI plan’s annual subscription.
Please refer to the invoice of that purchase in the Sensitive Data section of this ticket.
As for your Rank Math PRO subscription, it was canceled due to non-payment of its renewal so to continue using the PRO subscription, you’ll have to purchase a new plan from here: https://rankmath.com/offer/
