Hi, I’ve regenerated thumbnails and then get this error:

I can access the wordpress admin panel but I can’t access if i activate rank math plugin.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

It appears some pages have incorrect cache keys for the OpenGraph image.

Please attempt deleting the faulty cache by accessing your database and deleting the entries with the meta key rank_math_og_content_image inside the postmeta table, then let the pages generate new ones and it should work as expected.

I’ve checked but there are no entries inside the postmeta table. All of those are related to: _wp_attached_file

Hello,

The error occurred because the wp_constrain_dimensions() function in WordPress tried to multiply a string with a float, likely due to invalid image metadata (e.g., missing or non-numeric width/height values). This was triggered by Rank Math’s OpenGraph module while processing the homepage’s meta image.

Removing the homepage OpenGraph image resolved the issue because the image likely had corrupt or missing metadata. Please go ahead and assign your desired image, ensure the assigned image is valid, accessible, and has proper metadata.

Thanks for helping me. I’ve seen that you have fixed the problem well, and now we can access the home page. However, the same issue has appeared on the blog page (https://prepaship.com/tr/blog/) as well. I think the issue still persists on the blog page.

We have now deleted all the rank_math_facebook_image and rank_math_facebook_image_id meta keys in your database.

No pages should be experiencing this issue again.
