You can set the noindex tag globally with Rank Math, head over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta > Robots Meta > Check noindex checkbox > Save

Please note that if you have set the individual posts to index in the SEO setting of that post, the settings over there will overwrite the Global Meta.

WordPress provides you an option to set the full website as noindex, to enable that, head over to WordPress dashboard > Settings > Reading > Check Discourage search engines from indexing this site
