rank math not working

    Hello, I’ve been using RankMath for a while now but it became incompatible with my previous theme. Therefore, I switched to a new theme “Grand Portfolio” from ThemeGoods. For the first few weeks, it worked fine but now it’s no longer letting me do any edits.

    I tried deactivating other plugins but it’s still not working. The RankMath tab is there but it doesn’t expand to allow any changes.

    Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    I logged in to your website and checked the settings.

    I was able to see the Rank Math Meta Box on your posts and also edit the SEO information.

    Check the screencast in the sensitive data section.

    Please clear the Rank Math transients by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients
    transients

    Then, clear your website and browser cache and check again.

    If you are facing the issue on some specific post, please share the URL so we can check further.

    Hello, thank you so much! It may have been the browser cache because I went back and still couldn’t edit anything. But then I cleared cache and transients and everything works.

    Thank you, as always awesome support & product. That’s why I switched themes just so I can keep using your plugin 🙂
