Rank Math NOT Tracking Data/Stats

    Rank Math is not tracking data/stats. Something is very wrong. I’ve asked before (when this problem repeatedly occurred on another one of my sites) and was told to just click a button in pending actions on the site, but that seems counterintuitive to the goal of this plugin. Why should I have to manually force the site to fetch data every single day and then it still not accurately fetch the data for the site? Something is VERY wrong here.

    Rank Math stats don’t match Google stats on one of my websites and there are NO STATS on another website of mine.

    It hasn’t worked but once in 90 days.

    Clicking “run” on the pending action doesn’t work. It won’t run.

    After you click it to run, this is all that happens:

    After refreshing the screen, I’m back to a pending job again and nothing has changed in the Rank Math dashboard.

    Hello,

    We would need the screenshot from the Google Search Console property that is connected to this website to compare with the data being retrieved from the API at the moment.

    Please share the last 30 days of traffic from this property from GSC so we can check the situation in detail.

    It’s been nearly 2 months since this ticket was originally submitted. I replied immediately to your last request for information almost 2 weeks ago but you haven’t replied yet.

    Your last request for information was confusing. I’m not exactly sure what you were asking for, but I gave you access to view my Google Site Kit stats which included Google Console (again, nearly 2 weeks ago).

    I just attached a screenshot to the sensitive data section of this ticket in hopes that someone will finally reply to me and help determine why Rank Math is not working on this one website out of FOUR total that I manage.

    I feel as if the lack of resolution on this problem is contributing towards the lack of traffic I’ve experienced on this one website.

    Please advise.

    Scheduled actions for Rank Math actions are stuck in pending or they repeatedly failed.

    Please tell me how to fix this! I’ve been desperate to get assistance on this ticket but no one will reply to me here. My other websites are working but I can’t get this site to get off the ground when Rank Math isn’t working properly.
