Hi,
I’m using the Divi Theme Builder. When I look at Rank math on the “edit page” page, the feedback is giving me stuff like “Add an image with your Focus Keyword as alt text.” “You are not using rich media like images or videos”, even though I have images and they have the relevant alt attributes. The only way I can get RM to recognise that there are images on the page is by using html and putting it in manually, instead of Divi’s image module, which is very annoying.
I’ve done some digging and it seemed like a few months ago this was an issue Divi was aware of, however it seems to have been fixed as my co-worker doesn’t get these issues and Rank Math is seeing his images fine. I also contacted Divi support who aren’t aware of any current bugs.
Any idea of what’s going on here?

Could you confirm if this issue is also happening to your other posts/pages?
However, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

I’ve checked your site and particularly this page, it looks like there are no issues and I can see that the alt-text was detected correctly.

I’d like to let you know for this instance, I’ve “enabled the classic editor” on your Divi settings. They recently introduced this option to provide better compatibility especially for WP 5.0+ You can disable this again if you don’t want this setting to be turned on.
