Hey everyone, my team has been having issues with Rank Math recognizing our internal links yet it used to do so in the earlier months. The internal links am referring to include something like this;
“/community/inspiring-others-leads-to-good-leadership/”
We don’t add the entire url for our internal links on our websites because we don’t want to receive ping notifications that appear as comments in WordPress when one adds an internal link within an article. For example, the earlier link posted above should have been like this;
Link 1: “newslibre.com/community/inspiring-others-leads-to-good-leadership/”
When its posted like that, Rank Math recognizes it as an internal link. But when we post our internal links this way;
Link 2: “/community/inspiring-others-leads-to-good-leadership/”
Rank Math doesn’t recognize it and shows a notification in saying, “We couldn’t find any internal links in your content”
So, does anyone know why Rank Math no longer sees them as internal links? Or was it scrapped off in the new updates. Any assistance in this matter would be warmly appreciated. Thanks.
