    Hello Rank Math Support Team,

I’m experiencing an issue with Rank Math SEO analysis not detecting content within the Day-wise itinerary section of my page. The issue is as follows:

Product Description: When I add content in the main product description field, Rank Math detects and analyzes it correctly.
Day-wise Itinerary: The content for each day of the itinerary is added dynamically by clicking an “Add Day” button. The new day’s content appears without reloading the page, but Rank Math does not register this content as part of the page’s word count or SEO analysis.

    Details:

Dynamic Day-wise Itinerary: The itinerary allows me to add content for each day by clicking the “Add Day” button. After clicking, the option to add content for Day 2 (or subsequent days) becomes available without a page reload.
SEO Issue: Rank Math does not detect this dynamically added content (the content that appears after clicking the “Add Day” button) as part of the page. The word count for this section remains at “0” even though the content is visible to users on the front end.
    Steps Taken So Far:

Verified that the content for each day is visible to users after clicking the “Add Day” button and adding text.
Ensured that the day-wise content is part of the page’s HTML after user interaction (using browser inspection).
Added a brief overview of the itinerary in the product description, which Rank Math detects, but this doesn’t fully reflect the main content of the page (the day-by-day details).

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with Rank Math not detecting the dynamically added content in your Day-wise itinerary section. Thank you for providing detailed information about the problem.

It seems that the content added dynamically via JavaScript (like your "Add Day" button) may not be recognized by Rank Math during its SEO analysis. This can happen if the content is not present in the initial HTML when the page loads, as Rank Math analyzes the page’s content at that time.

Here are a few suggestions to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Check for JavaScript Rendering: Ensure that the dynamically added content is rendered in a way that search engines can recognize it. Sometimes, if the content is added after the page load, it may not be indexed properly.

    2. Use Shortcodes or Custom Fields: If possible, consider using shortcodes or custom fields to store and display your itinerary content. This way, the content can be included in the initial HTML output.

    3. Rebuild Index for Analytics: You can try rebuilding the index for analytics in Rank Math. Go to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Rebuild Index for Analytics. This might help in refreshing how Rank Math analyzes your content.

    4. Contact Theme/Plugin Support: If the issue persists, it might be beneficial to reach out to the support team of the theme or plugin you are using for the itinerary feature, as they may have specific solutions or updates that address this compatibility issue with Rank Math.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will take over and assist you further.

Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to help you resolve this soon!

    Thank you.

hi these solution did not solved my problem.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting support.

Looking at the screenshots it seems that most of the content is added via custom fields and if those fields are added to the database as simply text fields you can trigger the plugin to also read those by adding their names under WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Titles & Meta > [CPT Name] > Custom Fields.

Hope this helps solve your issues.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.
