Since the task is missing it would need to be created manually with a custom script but since you cannot give external access it would be very difficult to get around this issue.
What you can try is reconnecting the Google account by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics.
If that doesn’t help, the other solution would be direct access to perform the necessary actions to re-create the missing scheduled action.

The scheduled action needs to be created with a custom SQL query to insert the correct data.
Unfortunately, each query is different for each website as it also depends on the groups for the ActionScheduler plugin.
You can try to reconnect the Analytics following the steps mentioned earlier and see if that re-creates the action for your website.
