rank math not compatible divi?

    Hi there, I just installed Rank Math and right after installing, it seems like it won’t let me change images or edit certain Divi design blocks.

    But once I deactivate, the blocks work again.

    I’ve now deactivated Rank Math but need help to see why this is an issue as I would really like to use it.

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Rank Math is tested and fully compatible with Divi. https://rankmath.com/compatibility/divi/

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    I can’t seem to replicate the issue on my end. Please watch the video I have shared inside the sensitive data section. Also, if possible, try to clear your web browser cache or try a different web browser.

    This is so odd. I’ve already purged all cache a few times on my site. Are you using Chrome?

    Yes, I was using chrome. I even tested with Firefox and also shared the video inside the sensitive data section. It’s most probably the cache issue. Try to open in incognito mode?

    I’ve just cleared cache again AND done incognito mode and safari. Same issue. Not sure how to bypass this as I really love rank math and want to continue using it

    The issue here seems to work on my end as well.

    If it does not work with the account that you are using, then it seems like you have some WP management restrictions for that user or some cache might be interfering with your builder here.

    Otherwise if not, another plugin must be preventing you from changing your images here. It is best that you conduct a conflict check with the guidelines provided here to see if this works.
