Yes the screenshot does indeed help and suggests that one your installed plugins is not playing nicely with Rank Math.
Could you please try to replicate this when all other plugins are disabled if the HealthCheck plugin doesn’t work? You can then activate your plugins one after the other until you identify the culprit.

It appears you had disabled the SEO Meta post from posts at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Posts.
I have enabled it and the SEO meta box is appearing fine now.
