This is expected behavior. We recently moved the SEO options to the sidebar on a recent update as shown here: https://i.rankmath.com/U44EB5
You can disable the integration with gutenberg by adding the following code snippet on your theme’s functions.php file:
/**
* Disable Gutenberg Sidebar Integration
*/
add_filter( 'rank_math/gutenberg/enabled', '__return_false' );
