Fill in the details as follows:
– Email: s******@r***********
– First Name: any name of your choice
– Last Name: any name of your choice
– Role: Administrator
– Expiry: 1 weeks
Then, click on ‘Submit’. You will see a temporary login link generated for your website. Copy that link and paste it into the Sensitive Data Section of this ticket.
That’s it! Once we have the temporary login link, we will be able to access your websites and fix the problem for you.
I attempted to send a message and it seems the last couple of messages are lost.
The time of 1 week the new agent is requesting is not a timeframe I can give. I propose I send a screenshot of the missing and wrong data in the analytics tables. The agent can review it and create the correct table and matching values after which I grant access for a short while so he/she can install the tables. Below is the screenshot.

When a ticket’s reply is more than 15 it creates a new subpage of the ticket. You can navigate to the most recent/past reply by clicking the subpage’s number.

No I couldn’t and my host can’t create it for me either that is why I sent a screenshot of the content of the table. There were parts missing and the numbers didn’t match to enable you to create on your end after which I can grant you access to upload it.
