Did you go through the instructions?
If you follow the instructions, you will see that it asks you to disable all plugins and see if doing that works.
I have enabled Elementor + Elementor Pro + Rank Math SEO + Twenty Twenty Theme during troubleshooting mode and everything works correctly:

So, you will need to do the rest of the troubleshooting and enable each plugin one by one until you find the problematic plugin.
