It sounds like Rank math already exists on your site.If you want to perform a fresh installation, you can delete the plugin via FTP then head to your WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New and search for Rank math.

Maybe the Rank math already exist in my site, because I did not disabled or delete that. I don’t know why it is not showing in my plugin list and not working.
Anyway, If I perform a fresh installation, am I need to reset everything? Have any Syncing option?
Or, Is there any way to fix the issue without a new installation?

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
We usually have an option to export settings and create a backup in Rank math > Status & Tools > Import & Export. If you are not able to find these settings given your current situation, you may have to work without a literal back up. However, this should not worry you since most settings are saved in the database and re-installing the plugin will automatically detect this data.
You can check if the issue is as a result of a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using. Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), please follow this troubleshooting guide determine this: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
