We were able to locate a Business subscription on the email ID that you’ve shared.
Please download and install the Rank Math PRO plugin (if not already) by following this tutorial guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-pro-license-key/
Once done, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math Business account to connect the website with your Business subscription and see if all the options are activated.
Also, you’ve posted this ticket with a Free Rank Math account with the email ID abd*****@wistech.biz. If you wish to get both accounts merged, then please let us know your preferred email ID.

I can connect my pro account with it and it will work but it cannot respond as I do changes in the page but it cannot respond for changes that I do in the page.

It seems like you’re using the Live Composer page builder.
Most page builders make extensive use of custom shortcodes to insert content on the page and thus making it hard for WordPress itself to read them in the edit mode outside the visual builder.
That is the reason why you see the discrepancies in the tests. Since our tests run on the fly for each WordPress editor it’s showing the passed tests of what’s possible to be read outside the Visual Builder.
With that being said, we have already created a global content analysis API which any plugin/theme can use to easily make them compatible with Rank Math. We also provide documentation on how to use the content Analysis API. https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/
Once the content analysis API would be added to the builder, Rank Math would be able to easily detect the contents from that plugin.
You can get in touch with the developers of your page builder and provide them with the documentation to easily make them compatible with Rank Math.
