I don’t know what’s going on with Rank Math but it’s not regularly fetching my data. The last time the information for keywords was updated was on 25 Nov 2021 but in the last updated field it says: “last updated Dec 2, 2021”. 2 questions: 1) How do I fix this and 2) Since I’m having problems where do I go to find the next fetch date? I saw it once earlier somewhere but I don’t see it now. That might be part of the problem.

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
For free users, the fetching of data occurs every 7 days.
If no data is being populated on your Analytics Dashboard, please try rebuilding the index, then manually deleting old imported data, and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps:
1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button
2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’
3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you with this one.
