I see a 5xx error when opening the product page which normally indicates a server-side issue.
This could suggest that there is a conflict between Rank Math and one of your installed plugins. To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Try enabling only Rank Math, then check if the function is working. Then try enabling each plugin one by one until you found the conflicting plugin.
Enable the default WordPress theme to test as well.

I have discovered that the plugin issue is with Google Site Kit. I have disabled the search console but I am still unable to edit products or SEO with both plugins installed.

We wanted to investigate this issue, but it seems that your site is using 2FA (2 Factor Authentication) which prevents us from logging in. Please see the screenshot in the designated Sensitive Data section. Could you please disable that temporarily to check further?

Can you let me know what time you’ll be able to look at it? I don’t like to disable 2fa too long because people are actively trying to hack my site. I’m in NY on EST.

You can disable the 2FA now and we will be checking this issue on your site. If it’s also possible, you can also create a staging site so we can check this issue anytime without the 2FA restrictions and to prevent any sudden issues to your live site as well (in case we might do some troubleshooting).
