Rank Math offers the option to add ALT and Title texts to the images. Image Titles aren’t as important as ALT text or captions, but they are still widely used by search engines to understand the content of images.

You can either add the Title text of the image from the media gallery or you can enable the Add missing TITLE Attribute option from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > General Settings > Images, to automatically add the title attributes to the images that are under the WP Editor area, are stored on your website and are missing the title texts.
