Same issue with my website.Previous using yoast seo tried to solved,but no version worked. Finally switch to rank math seo but now it does not showing the post keyword and seo stuff.

While troubleshooting found (Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP) plugin causing the issue .After deactivating it rank seo and website working fine for me !

If you installed this plugin uninstall it. Check your installed plugin area.

If you are still facinf the issue, please enable the Beta update by following this:

If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from:
WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients
Please clear the caches, server, and WordPress after updating.

Downgrade to 5.4.2 and wait few weeks for every plugin update, too many bugs in many plugins
Plugin: wp-downgrade and reinstall 5.4.2
Is not helping either have done everything not appearing
Rankmath not showing up after updating to WordPress 5.5 and Gutenberg too.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins, themes and WordPress (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Your option is not helping at all. Have updated my current themes and all plugin to the latest version is Rankmath not showing up.
Also, I restore my theme to the default themes of WordPress is not working too.
I think you need to work towards your plugin.
