Rank Math has detected new post types

    Hi,

    Thrive Quiz support fixed two post types for me – tcb_symbol, tcb_lightbox.

    Then Rank Math detected more new post types: tvd_login_edit, tve_saved_lp, tve_notifications, tve_cond_display, tve_global_cond_set, tve_user_template.

    Thrive support won’t fix the others and I cannot work out from your documentation what to do.

    Can you please help me?

    It is slowing down my use of Elementor pro builder too.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Rank Math shows that notification whenever it detects a new post type on your website. You can check the post type settings in the Titles & Meta settings, you can click on the x button and clear the notification.

    However, this notification shouldn’t slow down your elementor builder. Please install the plugin Query Monitor to the affected website and look for queries related to our plugin and share a screenshot with us. This is so we can identify what’s causing the builder page to slow down.

    Hey Jeremy,

    I have the same problem/message as above.

    Fortunately it is not slowing my website down, but the message is annoying as I cannot remove it. The KB article is not solving it.

    “Rank Math has detected new post types: tvd_login_edit, tve_saved_lp, tve_notifications, tve_cond_display, tve_global_cond_set, tve_user_template. You may want to check the settings of the Titles & Meta page and the Sitemap.”

    When I click on “Titles & Meta page” for example it gives me some of the Thrive Themes post types, but not the mentioned above.

    It only gives me
    Under Post types: “Thrive Symbols”, TWO TIMES “Thrive Ovation Blocks”, “Thrive Lightboxes”

    Then there is more under “TVO Tags + Tvo_testimonials”: TVO Tags

    And under “Tcb_symbol”: Symbols.

    No no configuration for the above found post types.

    Hello,

    This notification keeps getting added to the website for post types that are not public because they cannot be added to the know post types column.

    You can ignore this notification for now until our developers have had a chance to implement a change that would allow those CPTs to be added.

    Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
