This notice appears when you have added a new Custom Post Type, in this case, web-story.
Once you have added the Custom Post Type, please make sure that your CPTs are set to index from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Post Types > web-story and check if the Robots meta is set to Index.
After making sure that it is set to Index, please navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > web-story and enable the Include in Sitemap option.
After that, your CPT (web-story) will be included in the sitemap.

Please click on the x button on the notification and then clear the Rank Math transients by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients
Then, clear the website cache.
