    Hi there!

    First of all, I’d like to use this opportunity to thank you for a wonderful product, you guys rock!

    However I keep encountering a strange issue:

    “Rank Math has a new home. Please Register for FREE and CONNECT your account again.” message appears even when my account is connected. I tried to clear cache (the website is hosted on Kinsta if it helps to understand the issue), tried disconnecting and connecting again many times, but it did not help.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    If you have already connected your website to your Rank Math account and the message still appears, head over to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > and click the Remove Transients button

    Clear SEO Analysis

    Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

    Once done, clear your website’s cache again and check if the message still appears.

    I dismissed the notification, removed Rank Math Transients, and clear the cache of your site. The notification isn’t showing up anymore in your dashboard.
