Rank MAth give me an error 500 in a website

    Hi team, firts at all i love ank math and we use always in all our sites.

    Now we’ve a problem with Rank Math into https://78fotoestudio.com/ worked in wordpress + elementor

    When Rank is active and we save the work give us an eeror 500 and here you are the logs:

    This issue could be caused by conflicting plugins/themes on your website. Kindly make sure you are using the latest version of all the plugins and themes, please update if not yet.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Hello,

    The WP dashboard is throwing a critical error so it’s impossible for us to access it using the login information you shared.

    Now, we accessed the FTP login instead and renamed our plugin folder in the plugin directory of your website to manually disable it and the critical error is still there, meaning this critical issue is not specific to our plugin. Can you please verify that from your end?

    It’s not working yet.

    Sorry but i said that it works again refering me to the acces to the site.
    The problems is in the wensite yet. This is the problem that we’ve:

    Hello,

    Sorry, but the FTP login you shared is not working. Can you please verify this from your end?

    While waiting for your FTP, we checked your plugins and it appears that there’s a plugin that is causing the issue for Rank Math and Elementor which is the Aheto plugin.

    According to the error log, the issue was caused by an invalid callback from Aheto. Since the error also points to that plugin, can you please check with the support folks from Aheto?

    Hello,

    We tried updating the plugins Aheto and Aheto Shortcodes Add-Ons and it appears that the issue has now been resolved.

    Since the error is about the invalid callback pointing to Aheto plugin, the development team from that plugin must have identified the issue and fixed it with their latest build.
